This Privacy Policy explains how Toolkary (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit toolkary.com or buy from us. We only collect what we need to run the store and deliver your purchases.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, and billing details when you create an account or place an order; and any message you send to support.
Payment information: when you pay, your card details are entered into and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. We receive only limited confirmation data (such as the transaction result and the last four digits) needed to manage your order. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry. Our checkout is built so that card details are transmitted directly to Stripe, and we maintain PCI DSS compliance by never collecting, processing, or storing raw card data on our own servers.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- to process your orders and deliver your digital downloads;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to send order confirmations and important service messages;
- to prevent fraud and keep the store secure;

We keep your order and account information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep re-download access available to you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and our checkout and downloads run over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of your information and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. 8. Children’s privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed there. By using the site, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
