Everything sold on Toolkary is a digital download. There is no physical shipping, no waiting, and no delivery fee.
Instant delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are made available immediately. You can download them in three places:
- on the order-confirmation page shown right after checkout;
- in the order-confirmation email we send you; and
- any time from My Account → Downloads.
Formats & access
Depending on the product, files are delivered as PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or a ZIP archive (which may contain several files). Each product page lists exactly what you’ll receive. Spreadsheet and document templates also open in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Lifetime re-downloads
Your purchases stay in your account so you can re-download them whenever you need, on any device.
Didn’t get your download?
First, check your spam or promotions folder and your My Account → Downloads page. If you still can’t access your files, email support@toolkary.com with your order number and we’ll get them to you right away.
